Join the Quality Correspondents as they learn about McDonald's coffee culture, including everything that goes into making the Premium Roast Coffee and McCafé®, McDonald's new line of espresso-based drinks. As they learn about the history of the coffee, quality of the product, and in-depth training of restaurant employees, they will also try their hand at crafting their own special beverages.
